libqdaccolib-dev software package provides library for facilitate access to dacco dictionary (devel), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libqdaccolib-dev
libqdaccolib-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libqdaccolib-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libqdaccolib-dev *
You will get with libqdaccolib-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
